Running Time: 2 hours

Ends At: 8:00 PM

Join herbalist Erin Hattler for an informative evening discussing adaptogens (herbs that increase our ability to adapt to stress). We will discuss herbs to use for altitude sickness, how to use adaptogens to help with recovery and performance, secrets to avoiding burnout and the difference between Reshi and Chaga. You will be sampling a variety of different adaptogens and will leave with a comprehensive list of what adaptogens to use for different training or recovery goals and a personalized formula for your personal goals. Whether you are an athlete or just a weekend hiker looking to cross a few 14ers off your bucket list, join us for this workshop on herbs for athletes!
