Garden Camps

Grow your mind, plant a new friend and dig into the Gardens with our week-long day camps. Each camp contains a variety of activities that allow you discover the world of plants through art, science, cooking, gardening and outdoor exploration. Choose from a variety of different camps including one day Mini Camps held during school holidays and Week-Long Camps held at both the York Street and Chatfield locations. Ages 6-12.

 

Camp Cancellation Policy: Cancellations more than three weeks prior to the start of camp are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than three weeks notice are non-refundable; please consider your payment a donation to the Gardens.

 

Farm Camp: Life on the Farm

June 25-29, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. • July 23-27, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Immerse yourself in nature along the banks of Deer Creek, explore the Hildebrand Ranch and learn about life on a farm. During this week of fun you will meet our farm animals, learn what it takes to make vegetables grow and discover how everything we eat is connected to the farm.

Price: $250 members, $270 non-members.

Late Pick-Up for Camp

Need a few extra hours added to the camp day? Let your child spend a few more hours at the Gardens from 4:00-5:30 p.m. We'll have a variety of games and activities your child can participate in with other children. Late Pick-Up is available for all Summer Camp Sessions at York Street. Late Pick-Up is not available for Farm Camp at Chatfield or Garden Explorers during Spring Break.

 

Please note that Late Pick-Up has a minimum enrollment of five children. Late Pick-Up may be cancelled if this minimum is not met.

Price: $50 per week.

Summer Camp: Art in the Garden

June 25-29, 9 a.m.– 4 p.m. • July 23-27, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Awaken your passion for drawing, sculpting, painting, gardening and the art of science. We’ll explore Pixelated: Sculpture by Mike Whiting and uncover your artistic skills. Explore the connections between plants and art through form, color and texture. This will be a full week of exploration, creativity and play.

Price: $250 members, $270 non-members. Scholarships are available, call for details.

After-Care is available from 4-5:30 p.m. for an additional $50 per week.
