Relational Rewilding: Survival and Edible Plants

Rewilding hikes teach how to move in nature with more awareness, confidence, knowledge and reverence. This hike focuses on survival and exploration of edible plants in the local foothills. Participants learn plant identification, foraging styles and responsible gathering principles through a rewilding lens. Plant and rewilding knowledge sharpens awareness and senses, is useful in the backcountry and fosters a deeper connection to your local ecology.
